the server that we host the planner system on has been experiencing an issue where it starts manny services that end up hogging the CPU. (this is a known issue with apple tech support and they do not have a fix)
The IT Team has been aware of this issue for awhile now and is working on a plan/stratagy to move away from that server.

FirstClass outage
The FirstClass Server Crashed this morning at 4am and I'm trying to get in touch with someone at in2net to reboot it for us.

404 Error on planner system
sometime about 9:10 I was paged that the webserver crashed on the apple xserve. This is the server that runs the planner system. I'm currently looking into what has happened.

Just called In2Net again
They have called 3 different people to reboot our server and we are waiting for one of them to arrive at the co-location to reboot. Hopefully it will be soon.

We have finally reached someone at in2net and they are sending someone in to reboot our server.

traffic issues
Our Internet service provider is having internet routing issues righ tnow. They are aware of the situation and are working to fix it.
