404 Error on planner system
sometime about 9:10 I was paged that the webserver crashed on the apple xserve. This is the server that runs the planner system. I'm currently looking into what has happened.

Just called In2Net again
They have called 3 different people to reboot our server and we are waiting for one of them to arrive at the co-location to reboot. Hopefully it will be soon.
In2Net is sending someone in
We have finally reached someone at in2net and they are sending someone in to reboot our server.
FirstClass Outage Oct 13th 2008
Our firstclass server crashed at 4:23am I have put a call into our provider and should be getting a call back soon.
