the server that we host the planner system on has been experiencing an issue where it starts manny services that end up hogging the CPU. (this is a known issue with apple tech support and they do not have a fix)
The IT Team has been aware of this issue for awhile now and is working on a plan/stratagy to move away from that server.

FirstClass outage
The FirstClass Server Crashed this morning at 4am and I'm trying to get in touch with someone at in2net to reboot it for us.
